Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff. You will also handle various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and coordinating office supplies and services.
Communication Excellence
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role. You will be expected to communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels, including handling customer inquiries, drafting professional correspondence, and relaying messages accurately. Strong command of the language will ensure clear and efficient internal and external communication.
Administrative and Organizational Support
A core part of your responsibilities will involve organizing and managing daily office operations. This includes scheduling meetings, maintaining records, assisting with documentation, and supporting the management team in administrative functions. Your ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks will be crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of office processes.

Requirements and Skills
