Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Office Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team by handling daily office tasks, scheduling appointments, and maintaining efficient communication.

Scheduling Coordination: Organize and manage calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements for the team and executives as required.

Communication Management: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage client and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

Document Handling: Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents, while ensuring proper filing and documentation procedures are followed.

Data Entry & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records through effective data entry and manage both digital and physical filing systems.

Office Supplies & Maintenance: Monitor office inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure office equipment is maintained and functional.
