We're seeking an Administrative Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Heguru Dubai, a leading educational center located in Motor City. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional administrative support while also managing front desk duties, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering outstanding customer service at the front desk.

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.

Assist with scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and overseeing general administrative tasks.

Maintain well-organized filing systems and contribute to the preparation of reports.

Provide support with various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Previous experience in sales is advantageous.

Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
