About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner

Maintain calendar management and schedule meetings

Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical

Process and file documents with attention to confidentiality

Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

Support team members with various administrative tasks

Coordinate travel arrangements when required

Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant team members

Assist with event planning and coordination

Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Previous administrative experience of 1-2 years

Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Professional written and verbal communication abilities

Experience with office management systems and procedures
