About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Core Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate complex calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management

Handle all incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses

Schedule, coordinate, and confirm meetings, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed

Maintain organized filing systems according to established office protocols

Provide general office support and assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism

Support team members with day-to-day administrative needs

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
