Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies inventory

Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks

Support in organizing company events and meetings

Take minutes during meetings and distribute to relevant stakeholders

Handle confidential information with discretion

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of proven administrative experience (UAE or home country)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in UAE office environment

Knowledge of Arabic (spoken and written)

Experience with office management software

Background in customer service or client relations
