Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a strong background in recruitment to join our client's team in Dubai. This position requires immediate joining and offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruitment processes and administrative operations

Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews

Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracking systems

Schedule and coordinate meetings and interviews

Handle correspondence with candidates and hiring managers

Prepare and process employment documentation

Manage office calendars and appointments

Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management

Support HR administrative functions

Assist with onboarding documentation and processes

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and administrative roles

Must be currently residing in UAE

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications
