Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support critical administrative functions within a government organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative processes, maintaining records, and providing comprehensive support to various departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the general register of cases

Prepare and assist in financial reporting for case management

Develop and compile administrative statistics

Manage and update the judicial rulings system

Prepare and support management reports related to employee activities

Handle and track official correspondence

Manage expertise file tracking and information preparation

Conduct comprehensive file archiving and record management

Prepare detailed information and data for case memoranda

Perform additional administrative tasks as requested by supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within UAE government organizations

Strong experience with the UAE Ministry of Finance preferred

Exceptional organizational and record-keeping skills

Proficient in document management and filing systems

Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong analytical and data management capabilities

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level of confidentiality and discretion

Attention to detail

Strong problem-solving skills

Adaptability to changing administrative requirements

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field

Additional certifications in administrative management are advantageous

Proficient in digital record-keeping systems

Advanced Excel skills

Document management software knowledge

Database management capabilities
