Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic.

Handle inquiries and requests from patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage and maintain patient records and appointment schedules accurately.

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, including scheduling, confirming, and sending reminders.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.

Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing as needed.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary.

Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
