Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary point of contact

Answer and direct phone calls professionally

Schedule appointments and plan meetings

Take detailed meeting minutes

Draft and distribute emails, memos, and letters

Manage office supplies and contact lists

Coordinate travel arrangements

Maintain filing systems

Liaise with senior assistants

Handle executive requests

Support internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years administrative experience

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of office systems and equipment

Exceptional time management skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication

Detail-oriented and organized
