Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administration Specialist to join our Secondary Market team. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with an appreciation for luxury goods and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize administrative processes for secondary market operations

Handle detailed documentation for luxury item acquisitions and sales

Maintain accurate inventory tracking systems for high-value items

Process customer inquiries and requests with professional courtesy

Update and maintain property listings in various platforms

Manage CRM systems and databases with meticulous attention to detail

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth transaction processing

Prepare and maintain detailed reports on market activities

Ensure compliance with documentation requirements for luxury goods

Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems

Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service

Strong understanding of administrative processes

Experience with inventory management systems

Proficiency in CRM software

Excellence in record-keeping and documentation
