Job Description

Role Summary: Branford Capital is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Executive to support daily business operations. This role is vital in ensuring that office processes run smoothly and efficiently, supporting various departments with their administrative needs.

General Office Management: The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness and functionality of the office. This includes handling office supplies, maintenance coordination, and ensuring a professional work environment at all times.

Document Management: The Administration Executive will handle filing systems, document organization, and data entry. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidential documents are securely handled.

Meeting Coordination: Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The candidate should be able to handle communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Support to Senior Management: This role involves providing administrative support to senior executives, including travel arrangements, calendar management, and correspondence handling with discretion and confidentiality.

Vendor and Facility Coordination: The Administration Executive will coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, services, and repairs. Ensuring timely deliveries, managing vendor relationships, and negotiating contracts will be essential.

Compliance and Procedures: The candidate will assist in enforcing company policies, ensuring administrative procedures comply with organizational standards and local regulations.
