Position Overview

We are seeking an Administration Coordinator to support our international recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate Degree

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in administration field

Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities

Handle overseas recruitment support and administration activities

Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with strict deadline adherence

Maintain and update international recruitment tracker sheets according to Standard Operating Procedures

Liaise with suppliers and recruitment agents to gather necessary information

Organize and maintain company server documentation for clients and candidates

Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and policy compliance

Regularly update vacancy listings

Execute end-to-end recruitment process including:

Taking job briefs

Sourcing relevant CVs

Identifying and interviewing candidates

Managing shortlisting process

Arranging interviews

Handling negotiations

Closing offers

Overseeing deployment

Monitor and track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire)

Maintain strict confidentiality in all client and candidate matters

Additional Requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication skills

Detail-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong documentation and record-keeping skills

Important Notes

Location Requirement: Must be locally available in UAE

Joining Requirement: Immediate joiner preferred

UAE Experience: Not mandatory
