Job Description: Administrative Assistant with HR Experience

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and organized Administrative Assistant with HR experience to join our team. The successful candidate will provide valuable support to the team by handling administrative tasks and assisting with HR-related functions. This role is based in Dubai Production City, and applicants should be able to commute to the office location.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Handle general administrative tasks such as email correspondence, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies.

Follow up on client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Track and record shipping of samples and other materials as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role, with exposure to HR functions preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Must be able to commute to Dubai Production City for work.
