Job Description

Role Overview: The position of Admin Support to Case Manager in Al Rigga, Dubai, requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who can assist the Case Manager with a wide range of office, documentation, and coordination tasks. The role demands someone who can multitask effectively while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative operations.

Administrative Excellence: This role involves handling daily administrative functions such as preparing reports, updating files, organizing documents, and ensuring that all records are properly maintained. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office tools to prepare high-quality presentations, spreadsheets, and written communication for internal and external use.

Client Interaction: The position requires strong communication skills, as the Admin Support will be expected to coordinate with clients through calls, emails, and messages. The role demands a professional who can manage inquiries, provide updates, and ensure that clients receive timely and accurate information while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude.

Case File Management: The candidate will assist in managing case files, ensuring that documents are up-to-date, properly labeled, and stored efficiently. This includes gathering relevant information, updating case notes, and working closely with the Case Manager to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with internal procedures.

Reporting & Documentation: A major part of the role involves preparing reports, summaries, and documentation required by the Case Manager. The candidate should be able to collect data, organize information logically, and present it clearly using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic Canva skills will also be used for simple layouts and designs when required.

Customer Support: This role requires the ability to assist clients with their queries, provide necessary guidance, and ensure their concerns are addressed professionally. The candidate must be patient, service-oriented, and capable of handling customer interactions in a calm and effective manner.

Team Coordination: As part of a dynamic work environment, the Admin Support will collaborate with team members, support ongoing tasks, and assist in keeping schedules, files, and communications organized. The position requires someone who can learn new tools quickly and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
