We are looking for a skilled and proactive Admin Support Staff to join our HR Admin Team at the Supply Chain Dubai JAFZA Office. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in administrative functions while also contributing creatively through video editing and graphic design.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

Perform routine administrative tasks, including document preparation, record-keeping, and meeting scheduling.

Update and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and HR databases using MS Excel and other tools.

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

2. Creative Content Development

Create visually engaging materials like presentations, posters, and other digital assets using graphic design software.

Edit and produce compelling videos for internal communications and training purposes.

3. Data Management

Collect, organize, and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations.

Ensure the accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of sensitive HR data.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

Video editing expertise using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or support role is essential.

Additional Traits: Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
