Job Overview: Bâoli Dubai, a luxury dining destination under Sunset Hospitality Group, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Staff member. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the venue.

Office Support: The Admin Staff will provide essential support to the management team, ensuring all documentation, scheduling, and internal communication is managed efficiently and professionally.

Data Management: Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, filing documents, handling correspondence, and updating internal systems and databases related to staff, vendors, and inventory.

Scheduling & Coordination: You will assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, coordinating staff attendance records, and helping with event logistics where needed.

Communication: Act as a central point of contact for both internal teams and external vendors or service providers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Multitasking Ability: This role requires a high level of multitasking and the ability to manage various tasks without compromising accuracy or timeliness, especially in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
