Admin Officer - Human Resources

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated HR Admin Officer to join our team immediately. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the HR department

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Process HR-related documentation and paperwork

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes

Handle employee queries and provide necessary information

Support payroll administration and leave management

Coordinate with other departments for HR-related matters

Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures

Help organize company events and activities

Generate various HR reports using Excel

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Professional and presentable demeanor

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in HR administration (advantage but not mandatory)

Knowledge of UAE Labor Law

Experience with HR software systems

Arabic language skills (advantage)
