About the Client:
A prominent F&B group in Abu Dhabi, renowned for offering exceptional specialty coffee and desserts.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process in coordination with the HR team and agencies, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
Act as the primary contact for employees' HR-related queries and issues.
Aid in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
Assist managers with performance reviews, offering guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and local labor laws.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Aged 30 years or below.
Minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in a similar role within an F&B group or team with multiple branches.
Strong understanding of the F&B industry and employee culture in Abu Dhabi.
Experience managing at least 350 employees.
