Job Description

Position Overview: The Admin Officer plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the company. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized professional who can handle administrative duties, maintain records, and support both management and operational teams to achieve company objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: The Admin Officer will oversee office administration, documentation, and communication processes. They will handle correspondence, manage office supplies, and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless workflow. The role also includes maintaining employee and vendor records, assisting with recruitment documentation, and supporting HR in compliance and reporting tasks.

Office Coordination: The Admin Officer will ensure proper coordination among departments, support logistics for meetings, and assist in preparing internal reports. They will maintain filing systems, track attendance records, and help in scheduling interviews, events, and staff activities. The candidate will also act as a point of contact for office maintenance, repairs, and facility-related requirements.

Document Management: The candidate will be responsible for managing both physical and digital records, ensuring confidentiality and easy accessibility. They will handle contract renewals, company licenses, and administrative documentation in compliance with UAE regulations. The Admin Officer will also ensure all reports and documents are updated and submitted to relevant departments on time.

Communication and Liaison: The Admin Officer will handle communication between internal departments and external agencies. They will assist in coordinating with suppliers, service providers, and clients as needed. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the officer will represent the company in various correspondences and administrative interactions.

Skills and Competencies: The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills are essential. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office, document management systems, and general office software. Prior experience in catering, hospitality, or construction industries will be considered an advantage.
