Job Overview: As an Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the hospitality company’s day-to-day administrative operations. You will be the backbone of office coordination, maintaining documentation, assisting different departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires both organizational and interpersonal skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: The Admin Officer will be responsible for handling office communications, preparing reports, managing employee records, scheduling meetings, and assisting management with documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to coordinate with internal teams, follow up with external vendors, and ensure that daily administrative processes are executed without delay. A proactive mindset and the ability to troubleshoot problems on time will be critical for success.

Work Schedule and Benefits: The Admin Officer role follows a six-day workweek, with Sundays as a weekly day off. The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, providing a balanced routine. Benefits include one month of paid annual leave, an annual round-trip ticket to the home country, and a supportive work environment where professional development is encouraged.
