Job Description
Administrative Support & Coordination: The Admin Officer will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the company. This includes managing documentation, correspondence, and office communications.
Office Management: You will oversee scheduling, filing, and records management while supporting departments with administrative needs. Your role will ensure that organizational operations run efficiently and that deadlines are met.
Internal Communication: As part of the role, you will facilitate communication between employees and management, ensuring information is shared promptly and accurately across teams.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintaining updated records, contracts, and reports is critical to this role. You will ensure all documentation complies with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Support for Senior Management: You will provide administrative assistance to the management team, such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and organizing logistics.
Problem-Solving & Multitasking: This role demands someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, resolve administrative challenges quickly, and support the team with proactive solutions.
