Job Description

Admin Officer – Role Overview: The Admin Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of Abela Superstore’s operations. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Documentation & Record Management: The position involves maintaining accurate company records, preparing reports, and ensuring all administrative documents are properly filed and updated in line with company standards and UAE regulations.

Office Coordination & Support: The Admin Officer will coordinate between departments, provide administrative assistance to senior managers, and support the HR team in handling staff-related documentation and onboarding processes.

Communication & Correspondence: A key responsibility is handling internal and external correspondence, preparing official letters, and managing communication with suppliers, government authorities, and stakeholders as required.

Scheduling & Office Operations: The role requires managing office schedules, organizing meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups, and overseeing general office requirements including supplies and vendor coordination.

Problem-Solving & Compliance: The Admin Officer will assist in resolving administrative issues promptly and will ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, and health & safety standards.
