About Role

We are a well-established nursery based in Sharjah seeking a reliable and organized Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our daily operations by managing administrative tasks and maintaining efficient office procedures.

Responsibilities

Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management

Manage correspondence through email, phone, and in-person interactions

Maintain and update records and databases

Assist with scheduling and appointment management

Support management with administrative projects as needed

Coordinate with staff for smooth daily operations

Assist with preparing reports and presentations

Manage office supplies inventory

Requirements

Previous experience in administrative work

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication abilities (written and verbal)

Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

Current residence in Sharjah or willingness to relocate

Ability to start immediately
