Job Description

Call Handling: Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.

Administrative Tasks: Support day-to-day administrative duties including filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.

Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Appearance & Conduct: Maintain a neat and professional appearance and uphold high hospitality standards.
