About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining all administrative operations within our real estate office while ensuring exceptional support to our property consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize office administrative processes, including document management, filing systems, and database maintenance

Coordinate with property consultants, landlords, and tenants to ensure smooth communication and documentation flow

Oversee contract administration, including lease agreements, property management contracts, and related documentation

Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient office operations

Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and maintain accurate records

Coordinate property viewings and maintain showing schedules

Process and track real estate transactions, including deposits, payments, and commission calculations

Liaise with government authorities for property-related permits and documentation

Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

Prepare regular reports on administrative operations and property management activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

Minimum 3 years of administrative management experience in real estate or related industry

Proven experience in UAE real estate administration and documentation

Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and real estate management software

Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

Valid UAE residency status

Desired Skills

Knowledge of property management systems and CRM platforms

Experience with financial administration and budget management

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
