Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Oversee office management, including supplies, facilities, and equipment.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures to optimize workflow.
Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and documentation related to administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company regulations and legal requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an Admin Manager or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools).
Knowledge of the tourism and entertainment industry is a plus.
