Job Description

Job Overview:

Legacy Emirates is seeking a dynamic and motivated Admin HR Operations Officer to join our team immediately. We are looking for a proactive professional who can support our human resources functions with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR department

Manage and organize HR-related documentation

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records and databases

Support employee communication and engagement activities

Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks

Prepare HR reports and documentation

Handle employee inquiries and provide initial support

Assist in maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures

Support various HR operational activities

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills

Professional and presentable appearance

Strong work ethic and dedication

High level of personal integrity and responsibility

Advanced Excel proficiency

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience Requirements:

Prior HR experience is an advantage

Freshers with a keen learning attitude are welcome

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates

Technical Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Basic HR information system knowledge

Data entry and management skills

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
