Job Overview: Al Arabia Human Resources Consultancy is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR Executive to manage daily administrative operations and assist in various HR functions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is ready to take ownership of organizational processes.
Administrative Responsibilities: You will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, managing records, handling incoming communications, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Your ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks will be key to success in this role.
HR Recruitment Support: The selected candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. You will also maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Employee Relations & Records: In addition to recruitment, you’ll assist in maintaining employee files, preparing employment contracts, managing leave records, and ensuring that all HR documentation is up to date and compliant with UAE labor laws.
Policy Implementation: You will play a critical role in implementing HR policies and procedures, assisting in employee evaluations, and supporting internal communication strategies to maintain a productive and professional work environment.
Compliance & Coordination: The role also involves coordinating with external agencies and regulatory bodies when needed. Ensuring compliance with labor and visa regulations and supporting audits and internal reporting will be among your responsibilities.
