Job Description

Recruitment & Hiring: You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

HR Policies: You will oversee implementation and updates of HR policies.

Employee Records: You will maintain employee files and benefits data.

Labor Law Compliance: You will ensure adherence to UAE labor laws.

Performance Management: You will support evaluation and feedback systems.

Conflict Resolution: You will manage grievances professionally and discreetly.

Administrative Tasks: You will assist in daily HR and office admin operations.

Reporting: You will prepare HR reports and performance summaries.
