Job Description

Administrative Support Role: The Admin Executive will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn, support internal teams, and develop practical administrative skills in a professional corporate environment.

Office Coordination & Assistance: The position involves coordinating with different departments, assisting with routine office tasks, handling correspondence, and ensuring that daily administrative activities are completed efficiently and on time. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset are essential for this role.

Documentation & Record Handling: The Admin Executive will assist in maintaining office records, filing documents, updating internal data, and ensuring that information is organized and easily accessible. Accuracy and confidentiality must be maintained while handling company documents.

Front Office & Communication Support: This role supports internal and external communication by handling basic inquiries, assisting visitors when required, and coordinating information flow within the organization. Good communication skills and a polite professional attitude are important.

Process Support & Learning Exposure: The Admin Executive will gain exposure to internal processes, reporting structures, and office systems. The role encourages learning and skill development while supporting ongoing administrative and operational activities.

Team Collaboration & Task Management: The role requires working closely with team members, assisting seniors with assigned tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key to success in this position.
