Job Description

Office Coordination: Oversee daily office activities and ensure smooth administrative operations.

Document Handling: Manage filing systems, prepare official documents, and maintain accurate records.

Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Meeting Support: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.

Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment to avoid disruption in workflow.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports, presentations, and summaries for management review.
