Duties & Responsibilities:
Al Bahiya Trading & Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining an organized work environment.
Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Document Management: Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
Support Staff: Provide administrative support to staff and management, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for senior staff.
Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Freshers with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Professional Attitude: Positive and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic.
