Saneg Energy is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing essential support to various departments. Responsibilities and Duties:

Office Management: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, including managing office supplies and equipment.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls and emails.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter data into relevant systems and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.

Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Special Projects Support: Assist with special projects as assigned, including research, analysis, and preparation of reports or presentations.

Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform various ad hoc tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
