Role Overview: The Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the Dubai Business Bay office. Daily Administrative Support: The Admin Assistant will manage routine office tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Attention to detail and effective time management are essential to support the efficient operation of the office and ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly.
Documentation & Record Management: Responsibilities include preparing, organizing, and filing office documents, maintaining electronic and physical records, and assisting in report preparation. Accurate recordkeeping helps the team stay organized and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Communication & Coordination: The Admin Assistant will liaise with internal staff, clients, and external vendors. This role requires excellent communication skills to convey information clearly, coordinate office activities, and handle inquiries efficiently, ensuring a professional image of the company is maintained.
