Role Overview: The Admin Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of office activities. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can handle day-to-day tasks efficiently and maintain effective communication across departments.

Office Coordination: The candidate will manage daily office functions such as document filing, handling correspondence, maintaining office records, and organizing schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative procedures run smoothly and efficiently.

Communication & Liaison: You will act as the point of contact between departments, clients, and management. The Admin Assistant must maintain professionalism while communicating internally and externally, ensuring clarity and timely response to requests.

Documentation & Data Management: The role includes maintaining accurate records of employee data, attendance, and office inventories. You will support HR with onboarding paperwork and assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and procurement documentation.

Operational Support: The candidate will support multiple teams, ensuring office supplies are available, reports are organized, and communication channels remain open. A strong ability to multitask and prioritize will be key to success in this role.
