Job Description
Administrative Support: As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure that office and site operations run smoothly. Your tasks will include handling correspondence, preparing reports, organizing documents, and coordinating with internal departments.
Operational Assistance: You will support project teams by maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and assisting with project documentation. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
Document & Data Management: The position involves maintaining databases, filing systems, and updating project information regularly. You will ensure that all records are organized, accessible, and accurate to support both office and site teams in delivering successful landscaping projects.
Team Coordination: You will act as a key support link between management, staff, and external stakeholders. This includes arranging communication between departments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth collaboration within the team to achieve project goals efficiently.
Compliance & Procedures: As part of your role, you will assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You may also help prepare documentation for audits, track administrative processes, and support the HR team with employee-related paperwork when required.
