Admin Assistant

Job Description

A Nutritional Company is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their UAE Head Office Team. This role will support various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory control.

Assist in organizing meetings and appointments, including scheduling and preparing necessary materials.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.

Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: UAE Head Office
