Admin and Telesales Executive

Job Description

Front Office & Admin Support: As an Admin and Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily front-desk and administrative functions. This includes handling incoming calls, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, and supporting general office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Telesales Engagement: In addition to administrative duties, you will handle outbound telesales activities, calling prospective clients, introducing services, and assisting in follow-ups with leads. Strong verbal communication and sales etiquette will be critical to converting inquiries into appointments or sales.

HR Coordination: You will assist the HR department in maintaining records, handling documentation, and supporting recruitment-related coordination. Experience in preparing employee files, coordinating interviews, and basic HRMS usage will be an advantage in this multifaceted role.

Client Interaction & Support: This role demands regular client interaction both via phone and face-to-face. You must be comfortable providing timely support to inquiries and maintaining a professional tone while managing a diverse clientele.

Database Management & Reporting: You will maintain organized records of client interactions, sales leads, HR documents, and administrative files. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is expected to maintain data integrity and generate regular reports.

Real Estate Sector Advantage: Prior experience in a real estate environment will be a strong advantage, as you will be dealing with property-related leads and clients. Familiarity with property listing platforms and RERA documentation will further benefit your performance.
