Job Description:

As an Acquisition Strategist with PACT Employment Services in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying market trends, defining target audiences, and implementing innovative campaigns to attract and convert customers. Collaboration across departments is essential to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Design and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract target audiences.

Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms effectively to optimize customer acquisition efforts.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and maximize results.

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and performance metrics.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (5-7 years) in a similar role within the financial services industry in the UAE.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital advertising, and CRM systems.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
