This position is ideal for ambitious real estate professionals with strong acquisition expertise, property market knowledge, and the ability to identify investment opportunities effectively, build owner relationships, conduct due diligence, close deals, and contribute to portfolio growth within a dynamic real estate investment and development company.

Property Acquisition and Sourcing – You will identify and acquire investment properties by sourcing opportunities, evaluating properties, and negotiating purchases. You will develop acquisition strategies, identify off-market deals, and pursue purchase opportunities. You will build robust deal pipelines supporting portfolio expansion and investment growth objectives.

Market Research and Opportunity Identification – You will conduct market research by analyzing property trends, identifying emerging opportunities, and assessing market conditions. You will evaluate market dynamics, identify investment hotspots, and provide market intelligence supporting acquisition decisions. You should stay informed about Dubai real estate market opportunities and trends.

Property Evaluation and Analysis – You will evaluate properties by assessing location, condition, income potential, and investment suitability. You will analyze property metrics, calculate returns, and recommend acquisitions. You should conduct thorough property due diligence and investment analysis.
