Position: Accounts Supervisor

Role Overview:

The Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing financial, accounting, statutory compliance, audit, and MIS activities. The role involves verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, producing accounting reports, and analyzing financial data to summarize the company's financial status. This position will also monitor the financial aspects of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee finance, accounts, statutory compliance, and audit activities.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts.

Accounting Reports: Produce error-free reports and present results to management.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and summarize financial status for decision-making.

Project Monitoring: Track financial activities related to ongoing projects.

Requirements:

Candidate must currently reside in Riyadh.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting.

Preferred nationality: Egyptian, Jordanian, Sudanese, Syrian.

Native Arabic speaker.

Experience in the following:

Accounting Management: Supervising accounting processes.

General Accounting: Handling both accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR).

ERP Systems: Experience with accounting software such as SAM, MS Dynamics, etc.

Excel Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel.

Industry Background: Preferably experienced in project-based or manufacturing sectors.

Salary:

SAR 11,000 to 13,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
