Duties & Responsibilities

Affiniax Partners is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contractual basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Processing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.

Managing and maintaining vendor accounts.

Reviewing and verifying invoices and payment requests.

Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.

Ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in accounts payable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.

Previous experience working in the UAE.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
