Role Overview: The Accounts Payable Specialist at MajeStay Tourism will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all company payments, managing supplier accounts, and maintaining financial accuracy across all transactions. This role is ideal for detail-oriented finance professionals who thrive in a fast-paced tourism environment and understand the nuances of travel and visa-related financial workflows.

Core Responsibilities: The specialist will handle the end-to-end accounts payable cycle — including invoice verification, posting, and reconciliation. You’ll ensure timely payments to suppliers, track expenses, monitor budgets, and verify accuracy in both local and international transactions. Managing vendor relations and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies will be at the core of your daily duties.

Financial Compliance: This position requires a strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and financial documentation standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing VAT reports, validating supporting invoices, and coordinating with auditors to ensure compliance with UAE financial laws and internal audit requirements.

System & Software Proficiency: The ideal candidate should be experienced in using accounting platforms such as Ninthware, Signature ERP, and QuickBooks Online. Expertise in Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting is essential. Knowledge of handling multi-currency transactions (AED, USD, JOD, SAR) is required to support MajeStay’s cross-border operations.

Collaboration & Communication: Working closely with the finance and operations teams, you’ll ensure seamless communication across departments regarding invoices, payments, and budget approvals. Your role will involve coordinating with vendors, banks, and business partners while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all financial dealings.
