About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate processing of vendor payments. This critical position requires strong leadership in accounts payable functions while maintaining strict financial controls.

Core Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable Manager will lead the entire accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations. Your role involves implementing efficient AP processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Team Leadership:

You will supervise the accounts payable team, providing guidance on complex payment issues and optimizing workflows. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing team capabilities and maintaining high performance standards in financial operations.

Candidate Requirements:

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Your expertise should include implementing AP automation solutions and managing high-volume transaction environments.

Technical Expertise:

Advanced proficiency in accounting software (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel is mandatory. The role requires strong analytical skills to identify process improvements and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
