Azizi Developments, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager specialized in Channel Sales to join our dynamic financial team.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Management

Manage and oversee financial operations for channel sales accounts

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial tracking systems

Prepare detailed financial reports and performance analyses

Ensure accuracy of financial documentation and sales-related accounting processes

Channel Sales Financial Support

Coordinate financial activities across different sales channels

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics

Develop financial strategies to optimize channel sales revenue

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and financial interactions

Reporting and Compliance

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company accounting standards

Reconcile accounts and identify potential financial discrepancies

Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in UAE financial and sales accounting

Proven track record in channel sales financial management

Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and accounting practices

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Professional accounting certifications preferred

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in financial accounting software

Expert-level Excel and financial reporting tools

Strong analytical and numerical skills
