Job Overview: As an Accounts Manager at Zenith Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial processes and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role requires a strong grasp of UAE accounting standards and the ability to manage and lead a team of accountants. You will be a key contributor in maintaining financial health and compliance.

Responsibilities: You will lead the accounting team, supervise daily accounting operations, and ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes. Your responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, handling audits, and maintaining general ledger integrity.

Financial Planning & Analysis: You’ll collaborate with the management to develop and execute financial strategies. You will analyze financial data, monitor expenses and revenue, and provide insights to improve profitability. Forecasting and budget variance analysis will be a regular part of your role.

Regulatory Compliance: You must ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations, including accurate VAT filing and timely payroll processing. Coordination with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders will also be part of your routine.

ERP & System Management: Experience with ERP systems is essential. You will oversee financial systems integration, data accuracy, and provide suggestions for improvements. Proficiency in software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books is a plus.

Team Leadership: You will train, mentor, and evaluate junior accountants to ensure a productive and efficient finance team. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the department.
