Parker Connect is a leading staffing and recruiting firm specializing in providing top-tier talent for various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Executive (Payables) to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Management: Handle all aspects of the accounts payable process, including verifying invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Invoice Verification: Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, including checks and ACH payments.

Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable transactions, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment issues, discrepancies, or queries, maintaining positive and professional relationships.

Expense Reporting: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and accurate reimbursement.

Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with audit requirements.

Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on accounts payable activities, including aging reports, payment status, and other relevant metrics.

Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and timely payments.

Compliance: Ensure all accounts payable activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar accounts payable position.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and recording financial transactions.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
