Job Description

Role Overview – MHR Chartered Accountants is hiring Accounts Coordinators in Dubai. Join a team that values precision, growth, and excellence. This position is ideal for accounting professionals with experience using QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho who can coordinate accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the accounting team.

Accounting Coordination – You will coordinate accounting activities including managing financial transactions, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day accounting operations that support client service and financial management.

Financial Record Management – You will maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions, updating accounting systems, organizing documentation, ensuring data integrity, and keeping comprehensive records that support financial reporting and compliance requirements.

Accounts Payable and Receivable – You will handle accounts payable and receivable functions including processing supplier invoices, managing payment schedules, tracking customer invoices, following up on collections, and ensuring timely payments and receipts that support healthy cash flow.

Bank Reconciliation – You will perform bank reconciliations by matching transactions, identifying discrepancies, investigating variances, ensuring accuracy between bank statements and accounting records, and maintaining the integrity of financial data.

Financial Reporting Support – You will support financial reporting by preparing schedules, compiling information, assisting with report preparation, and providing data needed for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Client Support – You will support client accounting needs by responding to queries, providing financial information, coordinating with clients on documentation requirements, and ensuring clients receive professional accounting support.

Compliance and Documentation – You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements by maintaining proper documentation, following established procedures, and supporting audit processes with accurate records and information.

Team Collaboration – You will collaborate with accountants, senior staff, and other team members to ensure coordinated service delivery, efficient workflows, and quality accounting support across client engagements.

Accounting Software Experience – Experience with QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho is required. You should be proficient in using at least one of these accounting software platforms for transaction processing, financial reporting, and accounting management.
