Role Overview – Al Jazeera International Catering L.L.C is hiring an Accounts Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for entry-level accounting professionals with foundational financial knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support accounting operations effectively, assist with financial records, learn accounting procedures, maintain documentation, and develop accounting career within a dynamic catering and food service organization.

Financial Transaction Recording – You will record financial transactions by entering data into accounting systems, classifying transactions properly, and maintaining transaction accuracy. You will support accurate financial records and assist in transaction processing. You should develop transaction recording proficiency.

Accounts Receivable Support – You will assist with accounts receivable by processing invoices, recording customer payments, and maintaining client account records. You will help follow up on outstanding invoices, organize receivable information, and support collections. You should learn AR procedures.

Accounts Payable Assistance – You will assist with accounts payable by organizing supplier invoices, supporting payment processing, and maintaining vendor records. You will help coordinate payment procedures and organize vendor documentation. You should learn AP procedures.

Catering Invoice Processing – You will process catering invoices by reviewing catering orders, recording amounts, maintaining records, and supporting billing accuracy. You will support catering revenue recording. You should understand catering billing.

Expense Recording and Tracking – You will record expenses by entering supplier costs, tracking food costs, maintaining records, and organizing documentation. You will support cost tracking and analysis. You should develop expense recording skills.
